November 12, 2008 Couple Plans $1.25 million Legacy Gift to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute

Dr Wilbert Keon performed a quadruple bypass on my father's heart," says this Ottawa resident. "Today, my father is 91 years old and he is healthy!" Wanting to give something back to the hospital that saved his father, Vijay and his wife Dimple hit upon leaving a 'legacy gift' to the Heart Institute. Specifically, "we have written our wills such that $1.25 million of our estate will go to the Heart Institute after we are gone," says Mr. Tejuja. "It's an effective way for us to say thanks for saving my father's life."
