am presently a Senior Trust Officer for Royal Trust Corporation of Canada. I have been in the Trust industry for 21 years and I have been a Trust Officer for over 15 years. I have served on the Board of Directors for Aids Vancouver as Treasurer, however, my term was interupted by my decision to move to Victoria, BC in May of 2008. I have extensive experience in most aspects of estate administration, estate planning and planned giving. My associations and peers include individuals who work in the not-for-profit sector in charitable giving and hospital foundations. I currently live in trade on an organic farm and retreat centre near Victoria that provides services to many charitable organizations for an experience that supports a safe enviroment for learning, sharing, education and celebration. I am currently active on the planning committee for the Bombo Palliative Care Project which was recently established as an education fund to improve conditions in Tanzanian palliative care programs that seek to care for individuals and their families coping with life-threatening illness including HIV/AIDS. I am an active individual, I often ride my bike to work, I try to practice a sustainable lifestyle for the environment, I enjoy helping others and I love to share in the experience of giving and helping.
